One director behind the whole group
Shareef Basha is the founder and Managing Director of a group of seven Dubai companies that, taken together, cover the built environment and the business of living in the U.A.E. — from engineering and construction to trading, company formation, real estate and tourism.
The group began on the drawing board. His engineering consultancy has served the Emirates since 1997, and his contracting firm has spent more than two decades approved for building and steel-structure works. From there he built outward — the companies that supply the materials, the ones that help a new business get licensed and staffed, the ones that sell and let the property, and the ones that show visitors around the country.
The logic is the same in every venture: give the client one accountable partner instead of a dozen loose contacts. Whatever you need to build, supply, establish, own or experience in Dubai, a single relationship covers it — and every company answers to the same director.
